Why don't the forum make a record of kages like
Let more people be leaders for example:
(name)

2nd Hokage: Nidaime
3rd Hokage: Sarutobi
4th Hokage: Minato
5th Hokage: Tsunade
just using hokage as an example
(and leaders can remake their application to another kage
